Solutionz has secured room blocks at several area hotels offering special discounted rates exclusively for our guests. Solutionz will cover the cost of Saturday night accommodations for anyone who wants to stay overnight. Guests may also book rooms for Friday night at the discounted rate; however, the cost for Friday night will not be covered by Solutionz. Submit a Travel Request to the Travel department to reserve your room. Space is limited. The deadline for obtaining the discounted rate is December 9th, 2026.
